Bay Skin Studio Shipping and Returns Policy
Online Orders
Items listed for purchase on our website are available for free delivery to addresses within New Zealand only, and will not be delivered to an overseas address. All goods will be delivered by the carrier and method nominated by Bay Skin Studio, to the address specified on the order. Non–receipt of any goods must be notified to Bay Skin Studio within ten (10) days of the order date. An email confirmation of your order, containing a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. You are responsible for using the tracking number to track and trace your order, after it has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be advised and informed of the estimated delivery date.
Online Orders - Returns and Replacement
Unopened products in their original packaging and condition will be accepted for a refund if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, at the purchasers cost, and must be returned using an insured, tracked method. Bay Skin Studio must be notified of any goods damaged in transit within three (3) days of receiving the goods. Please retain the damaged items and all internal and external packaging, otherwise a replacement is not able to be arranged. Once the damaged item and evidence of this has been reported to Bay Skin Studio (either photographic evidence or return of the damaged item and all packaging), a replacement item will be dispatched. If you intend to return an item please email details to : appointments@bayskinstudio.co.nz Use an insured, tracked method of return for any items sent back to Bay Skin Studio. Bay Skin Studio is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.
